"We dined at Harbor Village Crab House in Melaka on the night of 22 December 2025 and truly enjoyed the experience, especially their signature chili crab. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the signature chili crab served with buns, buttered creamy prawns, broccoli with prawns, asam pedas stingray, egg onion omelette, and a pot of Chinese tea to complete the meal. Every dish was tasty and well prepared, but the chili crab was the clear standout and easily the best dish of the night. The flavors were rich, satisfying, and truly memorable. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and we are certainly looking forward to dining there again in the future. #melaka #chilicrab"

"We came to this restaurant because we thought, “We’re in Malaysia, we have to try crab!” We ordered the Chili Crab and the Salted Egg Crab. 꼭 와보세요ㅎㅎ 개맛도리임 ㅋ ㅋ에그 1. Taste • The Chili Crab had a perfect balance of spiciness and tanginess — it was really delicious. The Salted Egg Crab, which I tried for the first time, was absolutely amazing. At first, you can taste the richness of the egg yolk, and then the deep, savory flavor follows — it’s truly addictive. There’s no spiciness at all, so it’s perfect for those who can’t eat spicy food. The crab meat was fresh and plump, with just the right amount of yield. They also served pudding and fruit as dessert, which made for a perfect finish to the meal. One important tip — fried rice or plain rice is not listed on the menu, but you should definitely ask for it. It goes perfectly with the sauce, especially for Korean visitors! 2. Service • The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made us feel very comfortable without being overbearing, which really enhanced the dining experience. I hope the service stays just as good when we visit again in the future. 3. Price • The price was very reasonable. Considering the taste and service, it was a meal that left us completely satisfied."

"LOVE the food here! We come to Melaka every year and haven't had good crab in a while since COVID hit. We ordered 1 chilli crab, 1 kam heong（干香), a plate of marmite prawns and some mantou and rice. The crab was very meaty - firm and fully packed inside the shell which is the most important part when it comes to crabs (you dont want to crack the pincer to get water flowing out and no meat inside!) Highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back for more!"

"Very friendly boss and staff. Special call out to Christina for her excellent service. Very responsive and go the extra mile to ensure the customers have a wonderful service. My wife and I had salted egg crab, broccoli with prawns and onion egg and all the dishes are nice. The herbal drink is also pleasant and not too sweet. The complimentary dessert also taste well. Will visit again!!"

"Environment is good. Food is ok, wasn’t that good, wasn’t that bad either. Chilli crab tastes strong vinegar. As I know many places that I ate, mostly taste little bit chilli and tomatoes rather than sour vinegar. Also, egg for the crab is less. Mantou over fried, the salted fish pork ok but little bit ruined by the capsicum. Usually it is using lady finger instead capsicum because it has strong “chilli” smell which can ruin the taste. Other is ok."

"Had a nice dinner here, the squid were fresh and nice . Chilli crab also fresh .Salted egg chicken are tasty and sauce are generous. Overall a very nice experience here. Not the first time here nor will be the last. Boss are also very friendly too. If come malacca, this will be one of the place to come ."

"Must try this seafood restaurant if you go to Malacca. The crab is damn fresh, soft and sweet. All the seafoods dishes are very fresh and full of 锅气. The vege dishes are of cause tasty as well. Go try and you won’t regret."

"We ordered onion chives stir-fried, salted butter chicken (?) (奶油鸡）, marmite crab, fried mantou buns. Marmite crab was the star! Very unique flavours, crab was also fresh with sweet meat. Though every single dish was so delicious. Mantou was crispy light fluffy. Vegetables were so crisp and fragrant. Sauce of the salted butter chicken was amazing with the bun (there was a little bit of a curry flavour ). Will be back to dine again for sure when in Malacca Atmosphere: restaurant was peaceful, there was even subtle classical music playing in the background Service: staff were so friendly and patient. Their in-house dessert (lychee jelly, longan,mandarin orange) were all so good. They saw that i loved the Longan and gave me more"
